Why are my router log times one hour behind?

the router times seem to be way off.

also Im getting pinged LAN remote access from this chineese IP. 118.190.69.58:39940

Sounds like it could be daylight savings or incorrect time zone. Are the settings correct under ADVANCED > Security > Schedule?

Turn off UPnP to eliminate one source of remote access. Disable any unneeded port forwarding rules, too.
