I've got a Sabrent USB 3.1 / 3.0 to SATA External Hard Drive Docking Station that I plugged a 2 TB Western Digital Black HDD into the router readyshare USB 3.0 storage slot as an alternative to a ready-made external HDD. It is formatted in ExFat in Windows 10.
The device works fine as a plug and play storage option on the PC, but the router does not detect it. The Sabrent dock says that no drivers are required, as it is plug and play and only provides power and a place to hold the HDD.
Anyone got any ideas? Maybe format NTFS or something? Thanks!
