Nighthawk R8000 Port forwarding invisible?

Nighthawk R8000 Port forwarding invisible?

On my R8000 I know that there are Portforwardinge configured. The problem is, I can't see them.

If I create a new Port Forwarding, it's visible in the list. But I can't see the existing ones - and there are some.

If I try to create a new one for a port, which is already forwarded but not displayed in the list, I get an error, that there is already a port forwarding.

Firmware is new and reboot doesn't help.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Changing the language had no effect. In the end a factory reset and annoying reconfiguration fixed the problem.

What browser are you using?

Does this happen in a different browser or computer?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Happens in Firefox and Safari on two different PCs.

Firmware is V1.0.4.84_10.1.84

Internet Modem is a Telekom Hybrid Router from Deutsche Telekom, but I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with the invisible but active port forwardings in the Netgear Router.

Could you try Opera on one of the PCs?

Do you disable uPnP before setting up any PF configurations?

Can you post a screen capture of the PF configuration page please.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

Is the modem in router mode or modem only mode? If your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem. https://kb.netgear.com/25891/DMZ-on-NETGEAR-routers

3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the NG router to the modem, LAN to LAN configure AP mode on the NG router.

Re: Nighthawk R8000 Port forwarding invisible?

Now I tried Opera with no better result. Only one entry is displayed in the list. There are at least 5 active PFs. 4 of them active for a long time.

The ISP Modem is only in Modem mode. No double NAT. My PFs are not new. I entered them some month ago in the NG. They are still working but disappeared in the UI.

No, there was no factory reset of the NG and I really want to avoid that if possible because it would be a lot of work to set up everything again.

For testing purposes, you could change the router display language to English and check your port forward list?

Recommend you save a copy of your configuration file.  It makes the reconfiguration less annoying.  When you do so, in the file name include the firmware version that was installed when the configuration file was created.  Sometimes importing an old configuration file does not work as it is not compatible with the current firmware version.
