Nighthawk Router R7000 always reset to factory default when Disney Circle is enabled

Hi, My Nighthawk Router R7000 (firmware version: V1.0.9.88_10.2.88) always reset to factory default when Disney Circle is enabled. Does anyone experience the same problem? Any solutions? When I disabled Disney Circle, the router is back to normal so i am pretty sure that the problem is associated with Disney Circle. Thanks.
