I have a Netgear R8000 Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Smart WiFi Router. Shows no Internet on the browser-based Genie setup page, but I can connect. When I try using the Android version of Genie, I get the same results. I have no clue how to fix it. Can anyone help?
The firmware version is v1.0.3.46_1.1.32 and I have a Windows 10 64 bit desktop PC with Windows version 1703 update of 6/15/2017.

Does this mean that the "can't connect" message is wrong?
What shows this message?
Is it when you try to login to the router?
What does Windows tell you?
