Nighthawk X6S R7900P authentication email incorrect.

I have a Nighthawk X6S R7900P and the authentication email displays the wrong email. My free support has ended and I cannot find anywhere to change the email to the correct email.

  • Thank you. I chatted support and while chatting I did the following: In the Nighthawk app, I disabled two-step authentication, logged out, logged back in and then enabled two-step authentication. I logged out and then back in and it did show the correct email in the two-step authentication process. Also, support refreshed my email on their end.
