Port Forwarding not showing

Port Forwarding not showing

Had serveral port forwarding rules set. Just went in to make some changes and NONE of them are showing. If I try to add one I know is there it says it is in conflict with an existing rule, but it isn't showing and therefore I can't edit it either.

This is on a NightHawk RAX200 with firmware V1.0.2.8_1.0.45.

Have rebooted and tried other browsers.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

   If the information displayed disagrees with the apparent internal
information, then I'd infer that the firmware is defective, and/or the
settings are corrupt.

 

   Settings reset (and manual reconfiguration)?

 

   Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Read.  Look for "Factory
Settings" and/or "Reset".

 

   Differemt firmware?

 

   Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Downloads.  (For older versions, under Firmware and
Software Downloads, look for "View Previous Versions".)  Find the
kit(s).  Download the kit(s) you want.  Read the "Release Notes" file
for instructions.

Well I guess no one but me has this problem, since it has been over a month and no responses. Sadly I thought the Netgear tech folk monitored this, I must be mistaken. Great router, not so great support.

Thank you for the reply. I have NOT went that far yet, hoping there would be a quick/easy solution. I'll give it a try.
