Problem with r6700v2 dropping connection

I have r6700v2 and it’s dropping connection very bad like video games or viber or YouTube it’s terrible what I can do ?

    Hi Mike233,

     

    What is the firmware version of the router? Make sure to update it.

    Does dropping happens on both wired and wireless connection?

    Try to reset the router and reconfigure it manually.
