tftp has many steps that can fail.Make sure to follow exactly (even punctuation). there's even a video to watch to help see how its done.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
and here's a video walk through.

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash

What tftp method did you use? Did you download the program tftp2.exe to do it? If you tried a different way I suggest you use that tftp2.exe program to do it. Try pressing the reset button for a second or two and run the tftp right after you press it.

What symptoms do you see? What do the LEDs reveal?
Bricked is one of those terms that get thrown about, often wrongly.
It is not necessary to resort to third party TFTP software. Dangerous and maybe less capable. Windows does it.

1- when the router is off, i press the reset button for 30 seconds and i turn on the router... the power led start at color amber /orange and the port of my computer white, then all ports leds off and power led star blinking in white.
2- when i restart normally my router, the power led in orange / amber and my pc port in white.

Sorry, it still isnlt clear to me.
Let's keep this really simple.
After you have turned the thing on and it has finished the startup cycle, what does the power LED look like? That's the one on the top on the left.
What colour is it? White or amber?
Is it solid or blinking?
The rest don't matter at this stage.
