R6700 - not able to connect to internet

Hello All,
Since yesterday my netgear nighthawk R6700 stopped working. My internet as such is having no issues as i am able to connect to internet when directly accessed from modem. When connected thru router i am able to login to the router url, but it is showing as internet not connected. I tried resetting the router, but still no luck. Anybody faced this issue and share how you fixed it. Appreciate the help.
On a side note
I called the support team and they are trying to cheat me. Their version was ' my isp updated to ipv6 and hence the netgear support need to remotely access my device and update the software and configure. i need to pay $200 for this awesome service"(router price was $165 from costco 2yrs back). looks like some scam. they mentioned the customer cannot download the s/w and update the device. 🙂 the support number i used - 888-638-4327, beware and stay awayyyyy

update, i fixed it by changing the MAC to computer MAC and reconfiguring.
