R7000 Router intermittently drops

I've been keeping the firmware up to date and it seems like my internet drops have been happening more and more. Normally I would have it drop about one or twice a week. Since I updated to the latest firmware it has dropped every day at least once.

       Which model is it?  Firmware version?  Connected to what?

       As always, an actual version number would be more useful than your
    opinion of what's "up to date" or "latest" today.

       If older firmware works better than newer firmware, then some people
    would use the the older firmware.

     

       Sadly, the non-psychics in your audience are left to guess what
    worked better than what in your case.
