R7000 firmware update

when I visit the web site www.routerlogin.net it says that I have a firmware update available.  when I click on the link it says a new version has been found and would I like to upgrade to the new version now?  The release notes go on forever (more than 32) but no where can I find where to start the download.  It might be at the bottom of the page but I can not scroll to the bottom of the page.

Any ideas???
