I have Comcast 60mbps service and for the last month or so, I've been noticing only ~26mbps across ALL devices, wireless or gb wired. At first I thought it was Comcast, and they did a bunch of tests, and found nothing. Then offered to come to the house, but anything past the modem would be at my expense.
So at that point, I figured I better do a PC direct to modem test, and sure enough, 68mbps. WTF?? I restored a recent backup from the last version I believe was V1.0.3.24 and no help. I did a complete reset, then restore and still nothing.
Is there something that this new firmware is doing to affect throughput speed? Any, tips or fixes??

Well, to help the next guy, I just found that v1.0.3.36 turns ON the QoS, - which seems to persist even through a Restore, and the second I saw that, I knew that was probably the issue.
The second I turned that garbage off, the speeds zoomed right back to 71mbps.
How irritating.
