Question

It appears that the firmware update has now caused the error message:This site can’t be reached,&nbsp;DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.&nbsp; From reading other support, it appears that I need to go back to a firmware version previous to the current one.&nbsp; How to I accomplish this?&nbsp; Thank you for your support.

Try enabling ipv6.&nbsp;
Many were fixed with simply having that enabled.&nbsp;
If you do downgrade, you get it from the support site and then follow the manual update process but use the older firmware.&nbsp;
