R8000 No DHCP Over Wifi Following Firmware Update

Question

After upgrading to firmware V1.0.4.68_10.1.75 from prompt in admin dashboard, Wireless devices on 2.4 and both 5Ghz networks are not able to receive DHCP. I have attempted the following steps already:

- Reverted back to V1.0.4.66_10.1.75 (via here https://kb.netgear.com/000062695/R8000-Firmware-Version-1-0-4-66)

- Factory reset

- Power cycled numerous times

My OnePlus 7T Android is affected by this so testing has been easier than say, a TV in the backroom. Oddly enough, my Ecobee smart thermostat can connect but it is the only device that can connect via Wifi.

So far the list of devices that cannot connect via any network:

- 5 Android devices; 2 tablets, 3 cell phones

- 3 Roku TV's

Hardwired devices can cannot without much issue, I have a Polycom VVX411 connected hardwire, a Win10 PC and a Zosi camera NVR.

Anyone know of another solution here? I am seriously let down by this after having nothing but Netgear products for at least 10 years and purchasing this router within the last 6 months (12 days outside of the support package mind you.)

antinode&nbsp;First and foremost - I apologize my original post was unclear.&nbsp; As I am sure you can understand - frustration sets in eventually.&nbsp; Let me clear it up a bit:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A clear description of what does happen would be more useful than avague description of what does not happen.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "not able" is not a useful problem description.&nbsp; It does not say whatyou did.&nbsp; It does not say what happened when you did it.&nbsp; As usual,showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (errormessages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vaguedescriptions or interpretations.&nbsp;Android - "IP Configuration Error", Windows inserts an&nbsp;APIPA as the DHCP server is not contactable and the gateway is not pingable.&nbsp; LED on the physical router does not indicate an issue and nothing in the admin dashboard would indicate a problem is present.&nbsp;&nbsp;Do the R8000 SSIDs appear in the wireless-network lists on thesedevices?&nbsp;Yes, the SSID's are present on all devices.&nbsp;Does an Attached Devices report from the router's management web siteoffer any interesting data?&nbsp;Not particularly.&nbsp; See upload of logs.&nbsp;So, new firmware caused the problem, but old firmware doesn't help?&nbsp;As crazy as that seems, your statement is correct.&nbsp;Once again, my deepest apologies.&nbsp; Frustration and lack of sleep are culprits for my miscommunication.&nbsp;
