Re: RESET ??
You could simply try pushing and holding the reset button for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
then you'll be able to reinstall it.
There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
Its a great resource to start with.

Re: RESET ??
I know it was a silly question.
I may call another authority and inquire :
We have a BnB within our home and want guest totally separate from the wife and I private setup.
( SEPARATE PW's )
Plus
I have WYZE security and the cams only run on 2.4 gig
But
We want to surf and use the 5 gig for our needs.
Would you have a very brief suggestion ??

Re: RESET ??
Without knowing what your device is, its tough to recommend if you need a different router or use the guest network on your current one.
IF your router supports it, you could use the guest network for the bnb guests.
If it doesn't have one, an investment in buying a business class router that supports separate ssid/vlans might be worth it. Then you could have separate networks
