RMA check-out is in USD instead of GBP

Contacted Netgear and was given a support case number and an RMA request.

Tried doing the request but on the check-out page it says USD instead of GBP. 

Keep getting error:

new plan does not have a rate schedule with a currency matching the account's currency

 

Tried calling Netgear support UK but no one is answering.

  • Contacted support and they don't know how to fix the issue as they tried doing it manually from their end but came up with the same error message:

    New plan does not have a rate schedule with a currency matching the account's currency.
