RS400 Device Manager Settings

Is there a way, using the Device Manager, to pause individual devices at a set time? For example, if we wanted our AppleTV to be paused at 1 am each morning, is that possible using Device Manager? Or is the only way to pause a device to manually pause it? Thanks!
