Readycloud Android App Not Showing Thumbnail for Images (R6900B)

How do you get the Readycloud Android App to show Thumbnails of images? I have the Readycloud Desktop for Windows and it shows the thumbnails. I am using a Nighthawk R6900B with a Sandisk Cruzer thumb drive plugged into the USB port, Windows 10, Samsung S9.
