Reset password and user name on www.routerligin.net

I purchased a Netgear R8000 router that was used.  I was able to register it wtih Netgear and I want to see if I need to upgrade the firmware.  I go to www.routerlogin.net and found the default user name and password do not work.  I've clocked the cancel button and placed the serial number to try to get on but the previous owner set their answers to the security questions, which I don't know the answers to and they no longe live here.

If there a way I can reset www.routerlogin.net back to default so I can proceed with checking/updating the firmware?

As far as logging in to the router and changing the SSID etc as well as registering the router under my name and setting up my own profile/account, I was able to do this.  I just need to reset www.routerlogin.net.  Thank you for your help!

ANTINODE... when I first read your hideous comment I just chocked your mentality up to being a dim lightbulb.  I do not appreciate that language used and would appreciate it if you would simply refrain from making such rude and vulgar comments.  You see, my grandson was sitting on my lap when I opened up your reply.  Thank much for subjecting him to your rude  and distasteful comment.

There's a Reset button at the back of the router. Push it in for 5-10 seconds and release
