Solid red light.

I have my philips hue hub plugged into my nighthawk after a move and the associated led for that port is now solid amber, it didnt do that at the old place so something went weird when i moved. Any solutions?

       Model number?

That would not amaze me.  Have you tried a different Ethernet cable?

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual (at least).  Read.  Look for the
LED descriptions.  Now that we know what "amber" means, ...

A Philips Hue hub does not need a gigabit/s network connection for
proper operation, so, although I'm too lazy to try to find the technical
specifications of your device, I'd guess that it does not have a
    gigabit/s-capable network interface.

Was it connected directly to the router before?  Not to some
intermediate device like a network switch?

Is there some actual problem, other than the unsightly LED color?
