Re: WiFi network not showing

What model modem do you have?

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

Routers don't have a display that lets them "show" anything, unless you means you can't see it in the router's settings.

If you mean that other things can't see the router's wifi – as in your title – that's a different matter.

Manuals are always a good place to start.

Visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

Look for the model number on the label on the device.

Check the section in the manual on troubleshooting.
