Wifi Cable Modem router C7000v2 Ethernet stopped working suddenly

Got on my computer today and found I had only access to internet through wifi.  The ethernet ports on my AC1900 seemed to stop working.  There are no lights on any of the connected ports but the wifi connection still works normally.  There were no issues with power outages or storms last night so not sure why it would suddenly not work.  Network troubleshooter tells me that there is not a cable plugged in but I have tried multiple cables and none of them are being detected.  Is there anything I can do here or is my modem dead?
