order placed yesterday
I placed an order yesterday for a new router. Still have not received any shipping or confirmation for my order. I was certainly charged though. Can't get through to anyone by phone. Anyone have any ideas? If it hasn't been shipped yet, I want to cancel and pick up from store since I need a router by tomorrow.

I was able to get through to customer service after being on hold for a total of 1.5 hours and talked to 3 different people.
Netgear was able to find my order and send me confirmation that it was shipped. It is still weird when I log into my netgear account it shows no orders from me. Next time I'll pay the extra $10 and order from amazon :(
