No, not a virtual button which can be "clicked on", an actual,
physical button on the router. The latest edition of the User Manual is
almost useless, but you might look closely at the rightmost two
LEDs/buttons on the top panel of the router.

You might get some ideas from a widely neglected resource:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RTFM
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot". Pay particular attention to the
"WiFi LED" (formerly known as the "WiFi On/Off button with LED", until
some sub-genius "improved" the manual). Did you press it? Further
reading might not hurt, either.

The design is questionable, and the (stinking) documentation does
nothing to compensate for it. But if you stare intently at the picture
in the manual or the actual gizmo, you might be able to discern a slight
difference in the two rightmost "LEDs".
