ATTN Netgear Support -- MR60, MS60, slow connection speeds.

Question

To any Netgear rep here,&nbsp; I purchased a Nighthawk Mesh system with one MR60 and two MS60s from Costco just over 3 months ago.&nbsp; Since day one I've experienced slow connection speeds whether wired or wireless.&nbsp; I've opened several cases and the issue has never been resolved.&nbsp; I just tried to check the status of my cases and all the cases have been closed even though the problem was never solved.&nbsp; It also says I no longer have any support available because the product is over 90 days old.&nbsp;How can you just close the cases and tell me I have no more support when you've been unable to solve the issue within 90 days?&nbsp; How is that my fault?&nbsp; Is that your standard operating practice?&nbsp; If you can't fix the problem you simply wait until the support period is over and tell the customer "too bad, you're past your support period?"&nbsp;&nbsp; Like I said, I initially reported this issue not long after I bought the system.&nbsp; It has never worked correctly.&nbsp;&nbsp;As of today, I updated to the newest firmware you have out and a speedtest from the router itself shows 79mbps.&nbsp; My connection has been tested and retested by Spectrum physically, by a tech who spent over an hour here, and every single test directly from their modem read over 235mbps.&nbsp; As soon as the MR60 was added to the mix it dropped to anywhere between 30mbps and 80mbps.&nbsp;Can someone please contact me about this?

Thanks.&nbsp; I've tried all of that plus a laundry list of stuff Netgear support asked me to try.&nbsp; Also tried several cables, cat5e, cat6, my own, the Spectrum tech's, etc..etc...&nbsp;Sometimes it will manage to test at 230+, most of the time it caps out at around 80mbps.&nbsp; No rhyme or reason.&nbsp; Time of day makes no difference.&nbsp; Number of active or connected devices makes no difference.&nbsp;&nbsp; Hell, sometimes it will read 230+ when I'm streaming 4K content.&nbsp; Other times it will test at 80mbps when there's no traffic at all from any devices.&nbsp;When the Spectrum tech was here he did numerous tests by connecting his tester direct to the Spectrum modem and it was always a consistent 235mbps.&nbsp; As soon as he connected the MR60 and connected his tester via cable to the MR60, the tests were between 30 and 80mbps.&nbsp;&nbsp;I've updated the firmware, downgraded the firmware, done a factory reset, and a thousand other things and nothing has fixed it.&nbsp; This system is a POS, imo.

I have the Nighthawk MR80 Mesh system with 3 stalites (addeded and extra). I have issues with speeds. I have reported to support hours ont he phone no resolution. They charged me to replace my MR80 seems to work fine then issues. I erase reset several times. The only thing that ever worked was when the MR80 router was a sub of my Bitdefender Box. Yes, I konw you cant have 2 subscriptons, that was not the issue. My Biddefender Box died, and i removed it from the network (3 years old). As such I needed to plug directly into my MR80, that was 2 days ago an now my connections are dragging again. Las time this happened my router logs keep entering a "Dos Attack" It was at those times I would experience the huge reuduction in speeds. it worked fine if the MR80 was not the main device, now that it is the main device it started again...
