MR60 Mesh Layout
I am looking for information on the proper way to layout my home network using this MR60 mesh system. I currently have the standard 3 units. 1 Primary and 2 satellites. Plan on adding a satellite for my garage soon. Anyway: I am not positive which is the best or right way of setting up my network components. And my question is driven because my connection is flakey, so I am trying to make sure its not a me problem first. Sorry I dont have any fancy diagrams.
Current Setup: From the street:
Spectrum cable
To Spectrum cable modem
Ethernet cable to MR60 primary unit.
Then cabled to a TpLink TL-SG108 switch
I guess my main question is if I should put the switch before the MR60 box?

Re: MR60 Mesh Layout
Go modem--->router---->Switch
And if you can hardwire in the satellites for the hardwired backhaul, they'll be much faster and probably more stable.
