MR60 horrible product

i bought MR60 few years back and it has been very horrible product. wifi keeps dropping and device cant reconnect until factory reset. every week i have to reset router. even after reset few device will not connect.  

any help?

1. what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

2. what firmware is on it? 

3. what firmware is on the satellites?

4. what error does it give you? "connected, no internet", does the wifi stop broadcasting entirely? Does it broadcast but you can't connect to it? Details of what happens is key
