MS60 Amber light, MR60 blue light

Hi,

My router MR60 has a blue light and the internet is working, however, my satellite, the MS60 has an amber light and won’t work. I’ve tried unplugging it, holding down the reset button on the back of the satellite for 15 seconds, and trying to resync it by moving it closer to the router and hitting the sync buttons. Nothing has worked.

I found an article that says I should reset the router but I thought I would ask this group before I did that.

Please help!

    Hello Bwheeler26, 

     

    I would recommend performing a factory reset on the whole mesh system and running through the setup assistant again.
