MS60 (MK62 Kit) / Satellites will not sync

Same, sad to see lack of support on ticket placed also,as they are quick to say buy a plan… if I can’t get this resolved in the next couple days I think in going to switch to eeros

How was the system updated? Did you manually update the system or was it updated via auto update? 

The MS need to be updated first before the MR. 

You may need to downgrade the MR back to last FW version then see if the MS reconnect. IF they do, then MANUALLY update the MS first, then the MR lastly.

at first it was on auto , then i ran into this issues as i see many other people not on this forum has . then downgraded every thing back 2 updates ago and then did ms 1st then mr , worked my way back up , and still no solid wifi
