Mesh router for 1gb fibernet connection
Hi
I have 1Gb fibernet connection with an effective speed of 800Mb down and 900Mb up (tested). I get around 400Mb with my current Nighthawk or Nokia SurerWifi tested on Apple Macbook Pro M2 Pro or Iphone 14.
Which mesh router would you recommend when I want to take full advantage of a 1 Gbps fiber optic connection?
regards
Anders

Re: Mesh router for 1gb fibernet connection
What model MESH router do you have? MK?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

What are you doing that needs a connection at 1 Gbps?
