Netgear mesh satellite ms60

Ive recieved today the mesh system and the satellite has white colour (not blinking). Tried to reset it with no success. What can be here wrong?

What modem/ONT/gateway connects the MR60 to the Internet?

Does it connect as expected?

I have the MK62 mesh system. The router is connected to the internet (blue light) normally and working as expected. Had added it via nighthawk app. Ive tried to reset the satellite but it doesnt do anythink. Im really confused what can be wrong. As i stated the light is white (not blinking) at the manual i dont find anything.

So pressing the sync button on the MR and MS while you have the MS in the same room as the MR doesn't sync the MS? 

Does the MS appear at all on the MRs web page?

Hi,

Ive pressed both buttons for sync on MR and MS.
On MR the white is blinking, on the MS nothing happens and the MS is not found.

So pressing the reset button in back of the MS the front LED should turn OFF then start blinking WHITE. This doesn't happen at all?

Correct it doesnt happen at all 😞 tried multiple times resetting it (MS). As it wont reset at all, but dont know any otherway to do it.

Ok, Try this as last resort, try a 30-30-30 reset on the MS.

Let us know if the front LED blinks after last reset button press and release.

Sounds like the MS is broke and needs to be replaced. Might find replacements on Amazon or shopgoodwill or fleabay. 😉

For real, omg. I was so happy that i recieved it today and now this, agrsh. Because like ive said the led is not blinking but its just white. It should be blinking white, orange or blue 😞 disappointed totally. Any other any suggestions?

So you got this MK kit from a retailer in today? If so, ask them for a RMA or refund.

Ive both it from eBay 😞 but still i will write because its stated that the item has 12 months warranty
