2.4 & 5G lights are not on
So Power, Internet & wifi lights are all white and lit. But none of our devices can find the network. The 2.4GHz & 5GHz lights are NOT lit. I have rebooted several times.

Firmware version? Connected to what?

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot". Pay particular attention to the
"WiFi On/Off button with LED". Did you press it? Further reading might
not hurt, either.
On the router's management web site, have you looked at the wireless
status info on the ADVANCED > ADVANCED Home page? Look for "Specify
Basic WiFi Settings" in the User Manual?
History? What changed recently? Bad hardware is also a possibility.
