AX1800 Rax 10
I have multiple devices that are successfully connected to the router, however, one particular laptop (running Windows 10) can not "see" it. I'm at a loss as to why (since the laptop does display other nearby connections). Is it something in the laptop configuration or settings in the routers that I need to look into?

Re: AX1800 Rax 10
What wireless chip is in the laptop? some of the older drivers couldn't "see" AX signals.
most have them have gotten updates direct from the chip manufacturer (not the laptop maker, the actual wireless card maker) that fixed it.
