AX1800 WIFI 6 Router RAX10-100AUS

Question

Australia.&nbsp; The supplied Huawei NBN Router WIFI becoming intermittent.&nbsp; The NBN box supplies internet to the premises via the Huawei router.&nbsp; I am using it now. I know I have internet.&nbsp; When I install the AX1800 WIFI 6 Router RAX10-100AUS it can't see the NBN Box.&nbsp; It says it has no internet.&nbsp;I have used the Nighthawk App.&nbsp;I have used the http://www.routerlogin.net interface.&nbsp;I have used the Advanced, and Advanced Setup interface.I have spent an hour talking to the Philippines, going through all of the above, line by line, including doing Factory Reset of the Netgear Router. Including setting VLAN to 2, the required setting. Cables in. Cables out.&nbsp; Turn off. Turn on. Numerous iterations. Not a professional but IT competent. &nbsp; My ISP support staff said they can't help me anymore.&nbsp;So I am stuck.&nbsp; Any ideas why my router can't see the NBN Box.

If the Huawei device is a router, then you are trying to pile router on router. That is a recipe for failure.
