Can't log in to RAX48 router
I woke up this morning and couldn't connect to my wifi. The ssid had changed to the default one and my password wouldn't work.
I hooked my computer to it via ethernet cable so I could get in and change the settings and I wasn't able to log in. I hit cancel, entered the serial number and changed the password. It still wouldn't work. I reset the password two more times, with no luck.
I used a paperclip to push and hold the reset for 30 seconds and once it restarted, I still was unable to log in via browser on my computer.
I did a factory reset once more and was able to configure the wifi and change the main log in password but I am still unable to log in to check settings. Wifi works but I would like to have access to the router settings.
Any advice?

What happened when you tried to login? Any useful prompts or error messages?
What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". There may be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
If there is one it might also help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that sits between this router and the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
I ask because a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.
