Re: Connection to internet
tough to know with limited data.
what router do you have?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
What firmware is the router running?
Is it all apps or just specific apps?
Is it android/iOS/Windows?
What device is having issues or all of them?

Connection to internet
Netgear AC 1900, D7000v2, modem router.
I have a Dell desktop, windows 11, no problems. My mobile phone S21 Ultra 5G sometimes has problems with mobile data connection to internet. At home, it connects to the netgear wifi. Sometimes I cannot update some Apps via the wifi & have to turn on mobile data. The Google news and ABC Australia News apps are trhe main problem. Wifi will not update, but mobile data will.

Desktop Netgear(modem, router) go through NBN.----all that tells me is that you're in...It doesn't tell me what service you have or how the D7000 is connected to it.

NBN is just a term for australia's internet. it doesn't tell me what service you have, how you're connected to it, etc. Details are key
