My rax200 is stuck booting

My router is stuck with the amber light and will not finish powering on, I cannot factory reset it nor can I access anything on it

usually if the power light is amber, it usually indicates a bootup issue or a hardware failure. 

You can try recovering it with tftp or nmrpflash.
Are you on Windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp
