NTP Confused????

Looks like my firmware is buggy...

getting this in my log files:

Also wth is this?
[LAN access from remote] from 209.141.35.48 port 51177 to 192.168.1.3 port 22 Saturday, Nov 20,2021 04:14:21
[LAN access from remote] from 45.144.225.175 port 41501 to 192.168.1.3 port 22 Saturday, Nov 20,2021 04:08:21

I do not have a 192.168.1.3 device in my list of 'connected' devices.

Reads like the Unix epoch is 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z, the zero of the unix time and date count, in a -0700 time zone. This typically shows up on a system short after boot or a restart, before the time and date is set. Show us what's before and after these log entries with the time zero date stamp.

Looks like this system (try ping for example, or review all systems on your network ....) on 192.168.1.3 is able to make port forwardings by UPnP PMP, and can be reached from the Internet on the ports shown.
