WIFi 6 Router…
I have installed router but have one particular website it will not let me access. This is a site that I use at least three times a week. I checked with business owner and she confirmed her system is maintained by Verizon. Other class participants can access the website. Why is this particular site being blocked?
is it an issue on her end or mine?

What model NG router do you have? RAX?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.Does this happen across all devices?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle

Which router?
AX 1800 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AX tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the model number. RAX###?
