Re: New - RAX120v1 and RAX120v2 Firmware Version 1.2.9.52 Released
Ok, Was this CPU usage value seen here with the router connected via Yellow WAN port or Multi Gig port?
Is or has any Armor, SPC or Traffic Meter features been enabled?
Good that the CPU value is down to low level. Can you keep an eye on this here and there and let us know if you see the CPU usage go high?
Also are you using Smart Connect or is that disabled?
I was using SC with mine. Though I don't have has many devices as you have. Just over 30 here. More on 5Ghz here.

All the additional features Armor, SPC, SC and Traffic Meter are disabled. The cpu was with the wan on multigig port.
I checked the cpu a few times this evening and it has been consistently 3%. But not sure why there was a spike the first time. Will keep an eye.

Firmware 1.2.9.52 causes the same random reboot issue I had with this router out the box.
I re-installed firmware RAX120-V1.2.8.43-rc and turned off auto-update this time. It is the only firmware version that fixes the random reboot issue for me.

Would need to know more to better determine what that mysterious reboot was.
What all features is enabled and CPU and memory usages need to be checked.
NG directly fixed a reboot issue that users were seeing with older versions of FW. I ran v.52 on my v2 and never saw this after FW was loaded. Factory reset and setup from scratch is recommended after v.52 is loaded.

For anyone with a RAX120v2 and out of warranty and would like an alternative to NG stock FW:
OpenWRT 24.10 has official support for RAX120
Any support and technical information needed regarding OpenWRT, please review and consult with OpenWRT support and forum information.
Good Luck.
