      Was a factory reset and setup from scratch performed after updating FW?

        You can't do either with automated FW update and then you're locked out of the Advanced tab with a frozen GUI, the only option in my case was to hard power off and on again.

      Nighthawk app is coming up with an issue when in device manager claiming the router is offline despite it providing me with internet. Also getting the cdil-api-fail error message when I go into it on the app. Tired of troubleshooting for an hour. RAX50

    Netgear RAX20 - Advanced Setup - Router Information - CPU Load
    CPU1: 1.75% CPU2: 1.32% CPU3: 1.47% 

     

    This firmware still only shows 3 cores instead of 4.
