NightHawk RAX78 AX6200 frequent disconnection on 2nd 5ghz band

I setup my NighHawk AX6200 to use the two 5ghz bands. I have no disconnection issue on the 1st 5ghz band but got frequent disconnection on the 2nd 5ghz band. I switch to the 2nd 5ghz band since my kids are using the 1st 5ghz bands heavily.

I have accepted mostly the defaul settings. Let me know what correct settings so both 5ghz bands works without disconnecting.

Than you.

Nighthawk AX6200 could be one of several things. AX6200 just tells us abiut the wifi technology. I assume that yiu have the RAX80 listed in your "footer".

You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to General WiFi Routers (Non-Nighthawk). (This is easily done, given Netgear's complicated community structure.)

Many questions apply to different types of device, so there may be useful responses here, but you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

Nighthawk Routers with WiFi 6 (AX) - NETGEAR Communities

I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.

In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

By the way, it may be some time before the images land. To ensure that you aren't posting anything naughty, a Netgear moderator has to approve the pictures.

You can attach images to messages without any delay.
