It's an Arris SURFboard SB8200. We just checked the RAX120 logs and it looks like the device flagged a 'DoS attack' attempt on one of our public facing ports. In the meantime we closed that port to see if things improve.

So far, the router has not needed a reboot since making the change. Hopefully that was our issue, but we will continue to monitor.
