I used to have problems on my R7000 and found that reserving IP address in the web interface Advanced>Setup>LAN Setup solved my problems.  I am reserving IP's with my new RAX120 and have had no problems in the last 60 days with about 40 devices connected.

 

There is a defect in this interface in the RAX120 that does not remove a reserved IP from the add table.  On the R7000 and R7900 IP's are removed from this table so that when you reserve an IP address it does not show up in the add table.

 

I also limited the DHCP ending address at .199 so that all my static IP's (mostly printers) resceive IP's starting at .200
