Nighthawk model RAX
I purchased my night hawk router less than a year ago and it already has craped out on me. This was my first time purchasing a Netgear router and most likely my last time purchasing any of their products. Trying to contact someone in regard to this issue seems impossible. Routers in developing nations are better than this. If I cannot get netgear to fix this issue I will let everyone in my social media circle know not to do business with netgear. My router was 299.99.

Re: Nighthawk model RAX
So "Crapped out" doesn't give us much to go on.
We need more details and help to see if we can help you get the router going or find out whats causing problems.
What router model do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
Its a great resource to start with.
Let's begin by posting in the right section of the forum.
