RAX30 network is not appearing as an option using network search
The phone is using it OK because NETGEAR15 is on its list of networks to hook up with. I try to search with the TV or Roku and NETGEAR15 is not a listed available network to choose from.

Try setting a custom SSID name and password. Don't use the default name.
Name can be anything. Make it intuitive and fun. Something you recognize in a list.
Contact the TV Mfr and Roku for help and support information regarding there products.
