RAX35V2 Dropping internet every hour for about 3-5 secs. How to fix

  • Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk RAX WiFi 6 Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with NH router products and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

    Please give FW version being used and brand and model of ISP Modem/ONT that the router is connected too.

      You might also try adding some more details like:

      firmware on router: 

      Gateway its connected to:

      Does it happen to all devices on the same time? only wireless devices?

      only 2.4ghz devices? 
      What do the logs on the router show that happens? 

       

      Details are key to helping.

        We see it only on wired devices

        I see under internet port 

        Lease Obtained 0 days,1 Hours,0 Minutes
        Lease Expires 0 days,0 Hours,53 Minutes

        Log report: Internet disconnect the reconnected
