RAX45 Not working after 1 year and 5 days past warranty!
I’ve tried a hard reboot, still not working! Any ideas? Hate I bought something that lasts 1 year and craps out 5 days shy of the warranty!

When you reset, did you push and hold for up to 30 seconds while powered on?
- I had our local internet guys come out. I thought it was our modem going bad, we go through one about every 2 years…We went in to the app looked for updates, there was nothing to update. Yes did the hard reset held down for 30 sec. The internet light was red. We went in and reset the router as in redid the PW and everything still red light on internet. I had an old router hooked it up and works like a charm. Had no signs of problems it just stopped working.
What actual modem/gateway was installed (model)?
Its a good sign that the lights are on and that you can go through setup. Tends to indicate a settings/setup issue and not a hardware failure.
