RAX48 Held reset too long and now power light is solid red

I was having troubles with the router. I reset it once and it did not work. So I tried again and I held it longer in case that somehow makes a difference. Now there is only a solid red light that turns white periodically (maybe for 3 seconds every 30 seconds). Did I brick this device? is there a solution?
